Who We Are

Ed Smith is a retired Deputy Chief of police. In 2015 he joined our team at Habitat for Humanity as our Executive Director. Ed has made many impactful changes to the Decatur Area Habitat for Humanity. In the future, Ed would like to continue to involve the local community in Habitat for Humanity. 

Stephanie came to Habitat for Humanity back in 2017. Since that time she has moved up from store employee, to store manager. Stephanie has transformed the restore into what it is today. In the future, Stephanie hopes to continue to improve the restore and donation drop off/pickups. 

Our friendly restore team can be found running all over the place. Whether its accepting donations, running the register or out in town on a store pickup, they are always happy to help you in anyway possible.
