Our Homes
Most of our homes are 3 bedroom 1.5 bath or 4 bedroom with 2 bath. Our homes include a driveway, crawlspace, storage shed and a refrigerator.
Steps to become a homewowner
- Fill out a preapplication (can be found below or at our Wood Street office.
- Attend an orientation
- Fill out the FULL application to become a homeowner
- Credit check
- Job Verification
- The family committee votes on applicant
homeowner Requirements
Homeowners must meet the following criteria:
Have a reliable source of income. Commit to helping build your home with 300hr of sweat equity. Meet income guidelines, ability to make $700 down payment. Demonstrate a history of making payments on time. Be willing to attend counseling sessions on the topic of financial management and home maintenance.
